Who we are
CorpMazdoor Rights Hub ("the App", at corpmazdoor.in) is an informational website and app that explains employee rights under Indian labour law, and provides calculators, court directories and educational scenario videos for MNC employees in India.
What data the App collects
"Ask us" form: this is the only place the App collects personal data. When you press "Send query", the name, email address, mobile number, city, topic and query text you entered are sent to us so we can reply. They are received by our website host, Netlify, and delivered to our inbox at corpmazdoor@zohomail.in (hosted by Zoho Mail). We use these details only to respond to your query. We never share them with your employer, sell them, or use them for marketing.
If you choose "Send from my email app instead", your query goes from your own email account to ours, and the App itself sends nothing.
Calculators and assessments: salary, service and tax figures you enter are processed entirely on your device and are not stored or transmitted.
Voice narration: scenario videos use your device's built-in text-to-speech engine. No audio is recorded and no data leaves your device.
The App does not use cookies, analytics, location, contacts or advertising identifiers, and contains no ads. Like any website host, Netlify keeps standard technical server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the site.
Third-party services
The App links out to Google Maps (court locations), Indian Kanoon and the Supreme Court of India's website (judgment copies), and WhatsApp (if you choose to message us there). Those services have their own privacy policies once you leave the App.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep a query only as long as we need it to respond. To have your query and contact details deleted from our inbox and the host's form records, email corpmazdoor@zohomail.in from the address you used and we will delete them.
Anything the installed app caches for offline use stays on your device. You can erase it by clearing the app's storage in your device settings (Apps → CorpMazdoor → Clear data) or your browser's site data.
Children
The App is intended for working professionals and is not directed at children under 13.
